Contact us by phone or via e-mail to
set an appointment to discuss options for decorating your space.
With over 200 sample boards to
inspire your creativity we will help you create the vision and plan
for your particular space. Photos or magazine clippings of
your favorite looks are helpful to narrow down the large array of
options. Testimonials and references are available at your
request. Our primary goal is helping you achieve the look you
desire.
After our initial consultation we
will provide you with a written proposal including a detailed
estimate of job start date, total time, and cost for your project.
All prep work and basecoats and paint material costs are included,
additional work as discussed will be included in the final estimate.
We provide all necessary supplies and
use tape and drop cloths to protect your home. We do ask that
you prepare your home for us by moving furniture and light dust
cleaning unless otherwise discussed.
Choosing a Faux Finisher
When considering to hire a faux finisher several
factors should be examined:
Who should I hire and what
experience do they offer?
Are they reliable, and can they offer
references and testimonials?
Do they have an extensive portfolio
and job pictures that I can see?
Will they do the job from start
to finish, or do I need to hire someone to repair walls, prep,
basecoat, and perform other tasks before my faux finish?
Will
they provide a written proposal and guarantee their work?
Pricing
The initial design consultation and sample board is
offered as a free service to find the right finish for your space.
Additional design time or specially made sample boards may
incur further fees above the bid for the room finish.
Pricing is based on square footage or day rate
pricing. The method of pricing depends on the type of finish: complexity,
number of layers, product used, size of area, obstacles within paint area, and
number of projects within the bid. We can only give you an accurate bid
after we have had a consultation, decided on a finish and calculated the area to
be finished.
We are able to offer package pricing when more
than one room or space is to be faux finished. Ask us about package
pricing and spruce up more than one room.
